USAC License Required: USAC 1-Day Beginner license: $10, only for Cat 5 men, Cat 5 Women and Juniors who have never previously held a USAC license with a higher category.  Annual licenses available online at


BRAC annual membership: Recommended to avoid $5 one day membership fee. BRAC 1-day membership $5, available on site (BRAC 1-day membership exempt with USAC 1-day license. Annual memberships available online at

Race rules: All USA Cycling Rules Apply


Pre-registration: Adults - $40. Juniors 9-12: $20,  Juniors 13-14 - $25, Juniors 15-18 - $30

Juniors in senior category full price.  2nd race - $15

Online registration is available 8/1 and closes Wednesday 11/20 at 11:59pm

Race Day Registration: Adults - $52 ($50 cash), Juniors 9-12: $25, Juniors 13-14 - $30, Juniors 15-18 - $35 NO CHECKS ALLOWED

Race day registration opens at 6:00am & closes 40 min. prior to race start 

2nd Race: $15 on the same day

Please note: If you just purchased your USA Cycling License Saturday-Thursday, you will have to wait until Friday to register for your USAC license information to be active in the registration system. If you purchase your license on Friday, you'll need to wait until the following Friday to register


Race cancellation policy #1: Should a cycling race be canceled for any reason 14 days or less from the race date, we will extend an entry fee credit certificate to athletes enrolled in the canceled race to be used against the entry fee for any single Without Limits event (within the state of Colorado) of choice conducted in the same calendar year. A certificate will be issued in the amount of 50% of the original entry fee paid (processing fees do not apply).  The certificate must be used within the same calendar year as it was issued and can be used for any discipline of racing (i.e. Road, Time-trial, etc...).  If the race is the last one of the season then the certificate can be used towards an event the following year.  The certificate must postmarked by April 1st of the following year. The certificate will be null and void after April 1st without exception.  We reserve the right to make course changes and modifications due to safety issues and extenuating circumstances, no refunds will be given for a course alteration.

Race cancellation policy #2: If a race has been rescheduled for the same calendar year or season then no refunds will be credited.

Entry Fees, Refunds and Switching Policy: There are no refunds of Entry Fees unless the event is canceled.  Please see our event cancellation policy above for details.  We will  permit a switch to another non-closed White Line event as long as we receive the request at White Line offices at least 15 days prior to the race you enrolled in, your written switch request. No refunds or switches inside 15 days.  Written means via e-mail, FAX or mailed letter. We will not accept switches out of races into the following calendar year.

Switching Divisions: Up to the Wednesday of race week, you may switch from division to division, (i.e Cat 40+4 to Cat 4 or vise-versa...your racing license must support the category change) By that Wednesday, we will need your written request for any changes (e-mailed).  After Wednesday: NO DIVISION SWITCHES!


Course Changes: In the event that the proposed course can not be run or must be altered we reserve the right to change the format to conduct the event.
