WITHOUT LIMITS PRODUCTIONS MISSION
Without Limits Productions was founded in 2007 with a simple goal in mind: to produce the type of events that our Without Limits Crew desires for themselves. Affordability and a laid back atmosphere, for beginners to elites, is the core of each and every production. When you sign up for an event, we want you to know that every last detail is taken care of - you just need to focus on getting to the finish line with a smile.
Some athletes are trying to reach their first finish line, some are trying a new sport out like XTERRA or cyclocross, and some are racing for the podium and new personal record, whichever category you fall into, we have a race to suit your needs.
WITHOUT LIMITS CREW
The Without Limits Crew has a few things in common that are hard to miss when you arrive at an event: we are athletes ourselves and we want to deliver a new and improved experience to the community. We're easy to find in bright orange jackets, and we have way too much fun at our jobs. We're a very diverse and sarcastic group, with worldwide racing and production experience, since the mid 90's.
If you'd like more information on joining the Without Limits Crew, please don't hesitate to send a cover letter/resume to Lance@withoutlimits.com
Lance Panigutti - Owner and Race Director: Lance Panigutti started in the endurance industry as a junior triathlete back in 1996. After finishing a degree in history and classics from the University of Colorado, he turned his attention back to the triathlon world where he raced as an ITU Professional Triathlete for three seasons.
After having raced around the world, he wanted to bring those experiences back home and deliver an improved athlete experience for all levels of racers - beginners to veterans.

Olympia von Berg - Sponsorship & Volunteer Director : Olympia grew up in France in a family of athletes. The first time she went to Kona, she was 8. After studying Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management and living in 8 countries full time, Olympia returned to Colorado to continue a career in Sports. She is a triathlete, skier, avid traveller, dog rescuer, tiramisu connoisseur and failed avocado grower.

Tricia Dixon - Race Day Site & Crew Manager: Tricia joined the event industry a few years back, and it's hard to imagine an event without her running race day site operations. The only team member to be smiling at 3am without a coffee or Red Bull in hand, Tricia can be found in the registration truck helping athletes, training volunteers, or helping director exhibitors and race personal around the venue. Just don't challenge her to lift more than the boys when it comes to cones or fencing as that's a bet you'll always lose!
Tricia can be reached at Tricia@withoutlimits.com
Jen Findley - Registration Director. Jen has been an athlete most of her life. Running, swimming, triathlon, skiing, chasing after kids. She joined the WOL family in 2017. As Registration Director, you mostly interact with her when you have questions regarding your race entry, including transfers, changes and general questions about race day. You can always find her in the Stroke & Stride Registration truck Thursday evenings and most race mornings at packet pick up.
Dana Cowper - Race Day Operations and Packet PIck-up Wizard: Dana joined the Without Limits crew in 2023 as a 40-year-old intern and has become hooked by the A-team’s dynamic energy. A triathlon junkie for a decade, she is in it for the long haul. Originally from New Jersey, Dana has called Colorado home since 2019, and she earned her degree in Sports Administration from UNCO in 2023. When she is not racing or working you'll find her in the mountains trying to wrangle her three huskies, who believe they are the real trail guides.
JB Tobin - Race Day Operation: JB started out in the sport of triathlon over 15 years ago. After watching his brother complete a long course race in Rhode Island, he himself decided to sign up and give it a try. Fast forward to five years later and moving to Colorado was in the works. Soon after settling in Ft Collins, JB re-kindled his passion for training and racing. After becoming more and more involved in the community and culture of triathlon here in Colorado, he decided to form Breakaway in 2018 realizing that the immediate areas have a calling for more race support. “I want to inspire athletes to try something new, something unique and something they may even be a little afraid of at a race.”
Jen Szabo "Rockstar" - Race Day Operations: Jen Szabo has been one of the longest tenured staff members at Without Limits, jumping on board back in 2008 and working every possible role over the past decade. Jen took a non traditional path into the world of triathlon, but since her first ever event, she has completed the Mt. Evans Ascent and XTERRA Buffalo Creek on multiple occasions. If you're a beginner racer and a little bit nervous at your first event, somehow Jen will find you, hug you, and inspire you to cross that finish line.
Tim Hruby – Race Day Operations. Tim started running roughly 8 years ago. He was a get off the couch half marathoner until a friend suggested he try the Copper Mountain 50K Ultra. He hasn’t looked back since. He really enjoys biking and swimming but rarely swims anymore due to spending most of his free time getting lost in the woods on trails or meandering forever on a pavement run with his legs. As of 2024 Tim has joined up with the OWL's and has been rediscovering his status as a floating brick in the water chasing others around the lakes of northern Fort Collins. Tim’s first “long ride” was in a group setting a number of years back with some of the other team members here. He was brave enough to go the distance on an old beaten up purple mountain bike that wasn’t clip-in-pedal equipped. Struggling to keep up with everyone on the flats, the hills are where he shined. He hasn’t stopped riding since. Tim’s real passion though is of course trail running. He’s our go to “muscle” for a number of things but easily holds a sub 7 minute mile pace for distances that make most cringe.
Tony Panigutti - Co-Founder of Without Limits Productions (2008-2016): Tony has been involved in endurance sports for over 20 years - participating in sports from an early age, and most recently taking that passion to race directing. Coming from a swimming background growing up, Tony competed in his first triathlon in 1996 - The Hyannis Sprint Triathlon on Cape Cod. The second he got a glimpse of the finish line, he was hooked. Since that first triathlon, Tony has competed in various distances ranging from local sprints, half iron distance races, to national championships. While triathlons are his main focus, that doesn't stop him from cycling races, running events, skiing, mountain biking, and many other athletic pursuits.
Tony can be reached at Drgutti94@gmail.com
Gaby McCash - Race Day Course Director: Gaby McCash, born and raised in Mexico, has been a part of the event production industry for over 4 years now. Initially starting out as a volunteer who doubled as our Spanish translator, she quickly developed into a key member of our staff, helping coordinate race day volunteers and run registration operations.
We're not sure what exactly she's doing in that picture, but she looks very happy driving "Brutus" the ATV, as she cleans up a cyclocross course.
Gaby can be reached at Gaby@withoutlimits.com
Candy Panigutti - Race Day Course Director: Candy Panigutti was the spark that caused two brothers to finally take a chance on their business idea one rainy day at Water World - and she's been along for the wild ride ever since. A former college swimmer, Candy took her passion for the open water and founded the Aquaman, Denver's mid week swim-run series. You can also find her at a few Without Limits Triathlons as part of the race day operations crew. Over the years, she's been able to parlay her organizational and communication skills as a teacher into keeping Without Limits an efficient operation.
Candy can be reached at Candy@withoutlimits.com
Morgan Garthe - Self-Appointed HR Director & Race Day Support: Morgan joined the Without Limits A-Team in 2018 after being inspired by a friend and long-time endurance athlete. As a trained runner, Morgan was motivated by other athletes to expand her horizons to triathlons and is forever hooked. She brings solid event world experience by working numerous athletic events throughout Colorado and is known for her calm demeanor when things go sideways.
You'll know it's Morgan by her signature heart shaped sunglasses or giving out "fines" for HR violations.
Eva Keohane - Warehouse Manager & Race Day Operations Crew: a lifetime native of Syracuse NY, recently began her path amongst the multisport community. After finishing her collegiate running career at Le Moyne College in 2021, she’s since transitioned to triathlon; swimming, biking, and running with the CSU Triathlon club.
With a passion for health and exercise sciences, including its intersection with the public health program at CSU, Eva aims to bring the same passion- along with her endless bounds of energy- to the Without Limits team.
Bryan Rhodes – Race Day Operations & Token Kiwi: Bryan has been racing triathlon longer than the rest of the A-Team combined. Having started his career in the early 90's, Bryan would go on to race professionally at the ITU World Cup level. His career would quickly transition to the Ironman distance where he shined, taking home notable victories at Ironman Malaysia and Ironman Canada.
Bryan brings that global experience, and passion for the sport into each event production. More than anything else, he brings a ton of laughs, and an enthusiasm level that's second to none. The majority of the time we need to tell him to "settle down"! Look for Bryan leading a few swim clinics at the Stroke & Stride Series this season.
Lindsey McGee – Race Day Operations & Community Builder: Lindsey has been in the event industry since 2010, serving as a volunteer, staff or participant in well over 200 events. She began her Without Limits journey as a volunteer in 2015 and fell in love with the endurance community. Since 2015, she has recruited volunteers, greeted thousands of athletes during registration, and has worked in many operation positions and completed numerous more triathlons. Heard before seen, Lindsey is known for encouraging newbies and veterans alike, with high fives, “You got this!” cheers, and sporadic dance parties.
