STAGECOACH GRAVEL TRIATHLON
SPRINT I AQUABIKE I STAND-UP PADDLE-BOARD
The triathlon distance will be a .5 mile swim, 16 mile road and gravel bike ride through the rolling country-side, and a 4 mile run that's out-an-back on a gravel path that hugs the lakeside! See course maps for more details!
Gravel Aquabike (Note: there's a 1/2 mile of running)
Will feature the same .5 mile swim and 16 mile bike as the triathlon distance event. Once athletes finish the bike they'll transition to their running shoes for a .5 mile run to the finish line area on the other side of the lake. We know, this is a bit more running than a traditional aquabike, but it's due to the distance between the transition area and the finish line area.
Stand-Up Paddle-Board Option
This option is limited to just 30 stand-up paddle-boarders due to the limited space in the starting area! Instead of a swim, you'll simply start the race and complete the .5 mile swim course on your stand-up paddle-board.

Sprint Triathlon, & SUP Individual: $95 until 12/31, $100 until 3/31, $105 until 7/26 at midnight
Aquabike: $85 until 12/31, $90 until 2/28, $95 until 7/26 at midnight
Sprint Relays: $125 until 12/31, $135 until 7/26 at midnight
FIRST TIMERS SWIM WAVE
The first timers swim wave will go last in the sprint distance event. This waves will be capped at a small 30 athletes each to maintain a small and friendly 1st race experience.
Please note: athletes in this wave will not be eligible for age-group awards. When you register simply check off first timer division instead of age-group division to enter this wave. Also note that this wave is for athletes competing in their first ever triathlon or brand new to the sport.

Camping: To book a camping spot at Stagecoach Reservoir you'll need to call the park directly (970-736-2436). All payments will go through them. Please note: You'll need to also purchase a daily park use permit in addition to your camping reservation fee.
Special Triathlon Group Tent Camping: Stagecoach Reservoir has set aside 25 tent sites for the triathlon inside Stagecoach Reservoir (Friday-Sunday). To book, please call the park directly at 970-736-2436, let them know you're with the gravel triathlon, and you would like a spot in the McKindley Group area. Cost is $10/night and you'll also need to purchase a daily park use permit upon arrival.

Please note: If you did not sign-up for the $5 race day pick-up and can not make the pre-race packet pick-ups just send an e-mail to letting us know you'd like to pick-up race morning, bring $5 cash with you, and plan on arriving 10min earlier than normal.
Race Day Pick-Up: When you register you'll be given the option to pick-up your packet race morning for $5. Why the fee? While we don't want to charge any extra its serves more as a deterant so we don't have a 300 person line race morning. This packet pickup "convenience" fee is used to cover the cost in staffing the additional trained personnel needed to facilitate this extra special service. Adding it to online reg also allows us to know what kind of numbers to expect race morning. We love having athletes from Colorado Springs, the mountains, and Wyoming, and hate making you take a special trip on Saturday. The gas alone is probably $5
USA TRIATHLON ANNUAL MEMBERS: If you're an annual USA TRIATHLON Member you must bring your valid USA Triathlon card and a valid photo ID with you to packet pick up!
NON-USA TRIATHLON MEMBERS: If you're not a USA TRIATHLON Member then you already purchased the 1-day ($15) license when you registered and you're all set. If you did a print and mail registration and forgot the $15 we have it in our records and you'll be able to pay the fee at packet pick-up. Please remember a valid photo ID. As per USA TRIATHLON rules you must pick up your packet as we're not allowed to release it to friends, husbands, wives, or relatives.
ENTRY FEE POLICIES
Policy #1: should a triathlon race be canceled for any reason 14 days or less from the race date, we will extend an entry fee credit certificate to athletes enrolled in the canceled race to be used against the entry fee for any single Without Limits Productions race (within the state of Colorado) of choice conducted in that calendar season, or the following calendar season. The certificate will be in the amount of $25 and can be used for any Colorado based triathlon. This certificate must be included with the completed entry form and received by Without Limits Productions postmarked by March 31st of the following calendar year. The certificate will be null and void after March 31st of the following calendar year without exception.
Policy #2 - Should a triathlon race be canceled for any reason 15 days or more from the race date we have a no refund policy. This policy will be adhered to out of fairness to all athletes.
REFUNDS & CHANGING EVENTS
There are no refunds of Entry Fees unless the event is canceled. Please see our Event Cancellation policy for details. We will permit a switch to another non-closed Without Limits Triathlon race in the same calendar year as long as we receive at Without Limits Productions at least 30 days prior to the race you enrolled in, your written refund or switch request. No refunds or switches inside 30 days. Written means via e-mail, FAX or mailed letter. We will no longer accept switches out of races from one year to the following year.
Up to the Monday of race week, you may switch from division to division, Age Group to Elite or vise-versa...and an individual may also switch to a Relay Team. By that Wednesday, we will need your written request for any changes (e-mailed). If a change to Relay Team, we will need the completed entry forms of your Team members also by that Monday. After Monday - NO DIVISION SWITCHES!
SWITCHING TO ANOTHER ATHLETE
Another person may take your race slot as long as we receive the request no later than 30 days prior to the race date the completed entry form of the replacement plus a note from you authorizing the switch. No phone requests will be accepted. Contact: to receive the proper transfer forms.
We reserve the right to make course changes up until race morning to improve the athlete experience or for the safety of the athletes competing.
